Visiones Sonoras Festival 15

I had the opportunity to present part of my thesis work that I have been doing as a composer and researcher on the aesthetic implications of the loop in the context of electronic experimental music at the Visiones Sonoras Festival in its 15th edition, in Morelia – Mexico. “Visiones Sonoras”, is an annual festival, which has been held since 2005, under the organization and supervision of the Mexican Center for Music and Sound Arts – CMMAS. At the same time of participating in the festival and attending 3 days of concerts, together with the research seminar of the Faculty of Music of the National Autonomous University of Mexico led by Professor Jorge David García Castilla we visited the dependencies of the Mexican Center to Music and Sound Arts – CMMAS, thanks to the invitation of its director Rodrigo Sigal Sefchovich.
